2pac used to be my favorite rapper until i got into Nas' discography
this is based on opinions since nikkaz here are saying "Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z" is a classic album
-Illmatic is arguable the greatest album ever. I own every 2pac album and i do not recommend any of his albums over Illmatic
-Nas is more versatile and more blessed with his pen written skills. You can say Nas can never touch 2pac with "emotional tracks" Pac to me never had Nas' mindset in behind some of the shyt when he shows his feelings. For instance Doo rags, 3rd verse on One Love, Heaven, My Way, and Purple all deep shyt by Nas which had different meanings behind each one. Pac usually just do his Enemies and Hennessy raps like usual..
-Nas is not as redundent overall. I guess that just because Nas is a better lyricist in general.
-If IWW wasn't a classic then i dont see why the hell The 7 Day Theory is one. The production sure isn't better in The Don Killuminati than it was in It Was Written. 2pac couldn't even resist how amazing Nas even when he's at war against him by biting the "I gave you Power" concept.
