It's akin to someone like ti as opposed to Jeezy (biggie in this case) clearly there was some sort of buzz for ti to get on, but he didn't have the momentum Jeezy did. Big had tons of momentum around him , Nas was lauded the next great lyricist, but big had the masses behind him, to act like big didnt have the city of ny (or a contingent of it) behind him is being naive.
