He likely would have been just getting out of prison tbh. He was definitely going back after the MGM fight.

He violated his probation BEFORE the MGM fight and was scheduled to go back to prison on the day he died.

Who knows he if he even beats his appeal. Either way, he's locked up through the entire 97 and Biggie's Life After Death would have ran the streets while he was locked up.
