An administrator at Pace University was arrested after he was caught at home watching a live stream of a young boy being sexually abused, officials said Thursday.
Scott Lane, 34, executive director of donor relations and fundraising programs for Pace University, is accused of watching the sickening show at home under the internet handle “NYC Perv” — and at times even directed the action, according to court papers.
The sicko liked what he saw.
“Nice,” he wrote as he watched, according to prosecutors. “Hot, man.”
Members of the Homeland Security’s child exploitation investigation unit arrested Lane at his W. 56th St. home on Tuesday, charging him with possession of child pornography and the sexual exploitation of children, officials said.
He is expected to be sent to Pennsylvania, where the investigation is centered.
Lane and several others joined in the sickening live stream on July 22, 2015, according to court papers.
The feed, in which viewers can text in and tell the abusers what to do, was being monitored by Canadian law enforcement who were conducting an investigation into software used by pedophiles who want to share images and videos.
Canadian authorities took screenshots of the live stream, catching some of the directions sent by NYC Perv.
“Let us hear the audio,” Lane allegedly wrote. “Make out with him. Get him naked.”
The video wasn’t enough to satiate Lane’s stomach-turning desires, according to prosecutors.
“No f---ing?” he wrote as the show concluded, court papers say.
Canadian authorities shared their evidence with Homeland Security, who tracked the IP address of NYC Perv to Lane’s Midtown apartment.
Lane lives with a roommate but is the only one who uses the computer, according to court papers.
Calls to Pace University were not immediately returned Thursday.
