Dont get me wrong I understand you being upset at the man for quitting but if you're not giving him what he wants he does not owe you a fukk. It's not like how Saban quit on the Dolphins saying he wasnt quitting and the next day he's in AL. Saban asked to be the GOD of Miami Dolphins and he got it. Still left. Riley had demands, didnt get them: he left.
2 years ago i told my boss i needed a raise and didnt get it. I interviewed with another company. Got an offer and told my boss I emailed my boss saying I was considering leaving because i got an offer. The salary offer from the other company was matched within 3 hours. $15K raise on the spot.
And for the record, while i was mad at Saban im not one of those Dolphisn fans that still have ill wills toward the man. I'm fine with him looking out for himself.
