Stopped being a retard. The PS4 is sold out everywhere. When they become available in stock they are gone 5 minutes later. Its a safe bet for Sony to assume that the numbers of systems they have shipped have sold. I doubt there is any store holding back stock.
Stores hold back on stock on purpose. Returns happen, orders get canceled, ect,
