Where's Frederick Roach at? That's who I wanna hear from. His game plan was garbage! Now, as far as the shoulder goes....I believe that Manny had a sore shoulder that was looked at, but wasn't deemed serious by the doctor during camp and was able to be managed with anti inflammatory shots. This is where I think the hustle comes in at. They ran the whole shoulder issue by USADA early to get the ok to get a "shot" the night of the fight. However, they didn't mention it in the questionnaire so they wouldn't have to provide NSAC or USADA with the particular shot they wanted to take. Come 90 mins before the fight, they rush in talking about a shot (which they got approval from USADA to get) in hopes of nobody having time to check or test what said substance is. Had they been able to get the shot, they were covered two fold. If his post fight came back clean, then the good dope and their plan worked. If it had come back dirty, then they can say scream ignorance and then pull out the shoulder injury, USADA was made aware of it, we listed the shots on the questionnaire and that's what we used, something fishy going on with someone else not us, routine. They were gonna go with this shoulder thing either way. It's too odd for certain things to be disclosed almost too much (like going the extra mile to inform USADA weeks in advance and no one else that his shoulder is hurt and we may need to use a shot the night of) and some things not disclosed at all (checking the injury box on the form). The crime is too perfect and the excuses are too limited (I forgot to check the box). They were trying to be sneaky about the shot and their plan came unraveled when the NSAC stonewalled them. I'm sure his shoulder may have been hurt, but it wasn't injured to the point is effected his performance. They just wanted to use it as a vehicle to get that shot the night of. His performance was almost like Margarito the night of the Shane fight when he got caught. He fought as if he knew he was in their with an unloaded gun....Freddie too. Their demeanor was off putting. Freddie talked all that talk with confidence leading up to the fight, yet was so subdued during the fight as if their secret weapon wasn't there.
