It is shytty that the A's were screwed on numbers...but Perkins deserves to be there. He has saved 20 of his teams 37 wins....has 45 K's in 33 IP, and OBA of .159 and a WHIP of .77 (all better numbers than Balfour). Balfour should be there...but in place of Cecil.
