pages loading mad slow...gotta stop load and refresh

Is it still slow for you this morning?
i've also been noticing that gifs that get embedded in threads load up and just freeze on the first frame...the top of the gif is shifted to the left and the bottom is shifted to the right and it is not animating.

Happening in Chrome for me btw.

still having problems with allot of gifs not loading.
im on chrome and gifs are working, can you link to a post where you have this problem
do you have adblock? try turning that on and see if its still slow...everything is loading normally for me right now
I disabled add block and its still slow on firefox. IE is moving really fast though. Must be a firefox thing.
do you have any addons besides adblock? maybe try disabling those...my firefox is just as fast as IE
im on chrome, i occasionally have slowdown and i always see its waiting for "tag.contextweb" something like that

thats the ads, they've been having trouble with their service obviously...its been better lately and their working on a new script that will be much faster. its still buggy and in beta mode now but we'll switch to that once its ready. we're also signing up with alternative companies so we'll try those out if any of them approve us
