cam's performance alone puts paid in full over belly.
belly is one of the worse movies ever made. nikkas only like it cause its "black" cinema but that shyt is horrible. mind numbingly, borderline wanted to shoot myself horrible. 
paid in full was piff. classic crime movie in my eyes. i can watch it over and over again and never get tired of it. mekhi and wood harris did a great job and so did cam even tho he was basically playing himself.
saying paid in full vs belly is like saying

Belly is pretty much a low level 'hood flick'... the ONLY thing that separates it from all those other flicks ( I'm Bout It, Killa Season, etc.) is the photography and cinematography. shyt has everything those movies have.. it's a knock off of better movies like Scarface, Reservoir Dogs, Goodfellas, with rappers starring in the lead roles. I always SMH at how it goes from super gangster flick to Malcolm X in the last 5-10 minutes... it's a waste of a good speech. You can't throw preachy shyt in... when 90% of your movie is stylized shootouts, killings and drug dealing.
Paid In Full is my pick.. Wood Harris is criminally underrated as an actor. It's a shame, he hasn't gotten more roles in quality films after the Wire.

Paid in Full was well done from the costume design to the acting(Made you feel like it was the 80's. That movie is a straight classic.
But at the end of the day, all I know is "this nikka getting money b... he getting money and p*ssy...

Paid in Full because Nas is the God of rapping but he's most definitely the shyttest actor I've ever seen.
If anything it just re-affirmed him as the realest dude in the rap game

The cinematography in Belly so nice to me. True it was like a long video but it was different. But PIF I was going to write it off as another Belly but it was better than I expected. So PIF
