Truth. When it comes to working out, I see it go like this:
Pawgs = cardio/yoga mostly and then mix in some leg and ab work because they wanna "tone." If she's attractive and has a boyfriend or husband....he's standing next to her constantly to claim her and make sure no one is checking her azz out. White boys are very possessive if they have a conventionally attractive pawg.
Paags = Asian girls, especially Vietnamese/Filipinas etc., don't do as much cardio but they will get it in pretty good. Light cardio and decent amount of lifting. Light weight though. Always trying to make their butt bigger. Natural thick legs. Strong but not explosive.
Latinas = half azz cardio. The only ones that run are the half-marathon/5k type broads. They walk or do elliptical and then will lift heavy frfr. Seen Mexican broads doing deadlifts, powercleans...wild shyt. Them broads can be kinda manly. Nice body but their energy is masculine. Usually the best at thirst trapping because they ALWAYS rocking tank tops and those tight azz pants.
Sistas = lotta variety. Some play basketball because they can legit hoop. Others do spin classes and yoga. They lift weights with dumbbells but NEVER seen them go heavy on the compound lifts outside of squats and maybe deads. No cleans, bench, shoulder press etc.
Indian broads = walk on the treadmill at 2 mph.....MAYBE try to do a group class or elliptical. The only group male or female that doesn't seem to do anything in the gym. Even the ones with the perfect hourglass shape will just walk slow or do half azz recumbent bike. Lifting weights is a foreign concept to these broads. They would get bodied by East Asians, Blacks, Latinas and whites in a brawl.
