The whole concept of the song is It's suppose to be Triumph the insult dog rapping the whole song. Eminem is using the same accent the dog uses. It's Yugoslavian not
Jamaican. Hence the line "I am Triumph the puppet dog/I am a mere puppet/I can get away with anything I say and you will love it"



Song is goofy but I always liked it. I thought it was funny


Especially the end of the song when he switches from Triumph to Arnold Schwarzenegger.
