Paper Girls comic series adaptation coming to Amazon

Finished the season last night. great show, biggest downfall is budget. graphics were janky as hell. But the story is pretty good. I can't imagine talking to my 12 year old self about what i succeeded and failed on in life. That shyt was definitely thought provoking.

Yellowjackets had a similar vibe, even though it's a completely different kind of show. Check it out if you haven't seen it, but honestly Paper Girls is better so far.

Highly recommend the comics as well for those who are looking for more. The show seems to be going its own way, so even if you finish the comics there should still be a lot of new stuff to catch for when next season hits.

this show was too good to be cancelled. They should definitely shop this to Netflix, it should have a nice overlap with the Stranger Things crowd.

And like somebody said in the comments, Amazon didn't market this show at all. People didn't know it even existed.

Probably got canceled due to shytty advertisement. I haven't even heard of this show before.

Amazon also has a show called Jack Ryan and another one called Hannah that were both pretty good but advertising for them are ass.

Few things worked against this..

Amazon don't be advertising shyt. They should have waited until nov/dec after lotr was done to show this, instead of launching near Stranger Things. and of course this was getting canceled asap, LOTR is expensive.
