Just finished the season. President was a solid dude, not sure how/why Xavier blamed him for his wife’s situation. Hell, he tried to tell Xavier to get her hard headed assed in check and stay tf out of Atlanta. Even tried to get her on a plane afterwards. I bet she sit her ass down somewhere next time.

Exactly my feeling, even Sterling K's performance felt a bit off to me at times. Though he's still brilliant most of the time.

It was good, but that Idris Elba joint (which had a dumber premise) was actually better than this one.

I'm midway through this but do they address why the President's son doesn't have a SS detail.

I took it as perhaps with the lessened number of populace they maybe didn’t have the men to spare.

Everyone seems to be more or less grateful to have been chosen to survive in Paradise so in theory that could lead to a slack on things like a detail for the President’s kid as nobody would have reason to beef with the President himself.

As we saw, it wasn’t somebody chosen by the therapist who ultimately killed The President it was somebody who snuck in who already had beef. And even he almost said to hell with it and just lived his life as a librarian

I’m only on episode 4 and haven’t read the spoilers but the sniper dude mentioned that him his girl and the main characters daughter used to play Wii together, hence the daughter knowing about turning the cameras off, I wouldn’t be shocked if she had something to do with it

No one would comment, but I hear Woodley’s heavy arc is tied to Agent Xavier Collins’ (Sterling K. Brown) mission teed off at the end of the Season 1 finale, with Woodley playing a prominent survivor. Filming on Season 2 is currently underway.
