They've got good "jump" scenes in every one of 'em. It's not really scary, but it's fun to be in a theater crowd and having something jump out...especially if you're taking a girl to it.

It looks beyond trash. These movies are always fun to see in theaters, but I never watch them again after that. I probably will see this in theaters for that reason, but I'm weary to cause I don't wanna justify them pumpin' out these movies year after year.

The third, and the second were legit, as far as I was concerned, liked the previous two better then the original, as long as you know what you are getting into, it's the same shyt, if I liked it then, why wouldn't I like it now?

It's a fun theater experience. I don't know who the fukk this will be about though. That family has been through enough. 'Insidious' was much better though, that had me terrified in the theater, I have that on Netflix, I keep bytching out, throwing it on at like 1:00 AM, I'm at like 30 min in, before it gets really creepy.

I have no problems with this series, a lot of people are overreacting about them. They are essentially audience movies and you get the most out of them, like people here have already said, in a packed house on opening night.

I actually think PA3 is the best of them all, however I'm not sold on the premise of this one Wait and see.

Agreed, The third was the best one. As for whether or not these movies are scary, they aren't necessarily. I wont watch one of them and be afraid to go to sleep when I get home, but they have some shyt that makes you jump, and that's fun to watch with a big audience. PA3 had the most of those type of scares so it was the best to me.
