I used to get sleep paralysis and creepy/surreal/predictive/deja vu dreams all the time when I was younger.
Wasn't an overall negative experience tho, except the sleep paralysis :sadcam:

Haven't had a memorable dream in almost a decade tho. Not memorable as in exciting but I literally haven't been able to remember my dreams AT ALL. Maybe a handful over that whole period but they were semi-conscious nap shyt, not during a deep sleep.
I wonder if I need to do a detox or something :patrice:

My cousin and I had a crazy paranormal experience around that time too, but I chalked it up to being high for like the 3rd time in my life at the time. This was in HS.

This thread, more specifically what @Capitol and @SunZoo are talking about are letting me know my form of meditation is accurate and precise. I appreciate you brehs for fighting the good fight for us here. I wasn't sure if this abstraction was just something I was "visualizing" I had seen similar things before on shrooms or LSD, it was way more vivid then, and I had been thinking it was more of me "remembering" than rather actually "going" somewhere.

Contextualization is one of the most important properties of existence!!!
:salute:

forgot @Leasy
s/o @Karbaash for the idea

Sort of like a spiritual food chain?

exactly, why would god and angels treat us any better then the way we treat cows and pigs? But instead of actually feeding off our flesh, they feed on our emotional suffering. Gnostic christians like the cathars believed this which is why they were killed by the church

:mjlol:reminds me of another poster who said he seen a homeless man turn into cat in Africa somewhere

But yea I'm tired of these ratchet threads there's a lot of posters on here who have knowledge and experiences on a myriad of topics that could be very informative

That conspiracy theory thread was :whew:

I used to not remember my dreams too. Here are some things I did to fix that.
When I go to sleep I wear an eye cover and have it as dark as possible
I try not to eat after 6 and aim to be sleep in the 9pm-10pm range.
Try to avoid looking at computer screens /tv at least an hour or two before bed.
Meditating before bed and in the am can help
When you first wake up try to just lay there for a little bit and breathe if you dobt remember anything. If you do remember right it down
Then there are herbs for the pineal and dreaming in general
