I see this part of my comment went completely over your head.
Because, that's exactly what you're doing by completely avoiding the logical points made and the statistical FACTS backing the, and tossing all of those cheap buzz words around. What the hell does my comment have to do with trump, the right wing, or white supremacist? This video was made even before trump hinted he would run for office
As for the bolded- Are you denying that the UK has a higher rate of violent crime than the US? Fine, lets up date the crime data for 2016
Do these facts trigger you because you are a blindly loyal leftist or because you're from the UK? We here in black america don't need to be spoon fed political agendas. We deserve to know the facts and truth so that we can use our own good reason to make our own decisions.
So, this piece is calling into question how crimes are reported in the UK and the US. I will read through this when I get the chance and hold off further judgement until then.
What city you in? Go to a Magic Johnson Theater if you don’t have one ther I’m sure there’s a theater that mostly black people go to. Will be way easier to be on point and spot out the weirdo cacswas just thinking a shooting might happen during a BP showing.![]()
i hadnt planned on seeing Black Panther anyway so i aint really trippin. What city you in? Go to a Magic Johnson Theater if you don’t have one ther I’m sure there’s a theater that mostly black people go to. Will be way easier to be on point and spot out the weirdo cacs
We can all sense it. I did.Its really sad when you start thinking America is overdue for a mass shooting and it happens a few days later.
Just saw video of students being evacuated. There were bodies everywhere. The slain teacher in the video I saw was a black female too and she was capped in the face. My stomach hurts. This is horrific...
I see a lot of overly simplistic and intellectual lazy anti-gun memes floating around as a way to score political points amidst this tragedy. As African-Americans, especially, we should approach this issue in a politically unbiased manner to pinpoint the major factors and causes with a thorough appraisal of them all given that this affects us the most.
Firstly, there's reports that give a much more in depth analysis of violent crime, such as in the US vs the UK, which is very restrictive on guns, that some tout as a gun free haven, actually has a higher violent crime rate than the US, believe it or not.
The homicide rate is higher in the US, but when you look at homicide stats broken down by different settlement environment types, you find that the bulk of our homicides come small pockets of large metropolitan areas.
Homicides tend to correlate much closer with income, education, resources, family structure, and development environment than with gun liberties. Thus why the bulk of our homicides come from small pockets of large metropolitan areas.
Of the firearm homicides, only %3.4 were caused by rifles(not just assault rifles).
Down with anti-intellectualism!
According to the FBI Uniform Crime Report, in 2016, only %3.4 of the firearm murders and %2.5 of the total murders were done with rifles(knives, blunt objects and hands/feet account for more murders). Assault rifles are but one subset of the rifle group.

Statistical facts vs political rhetoric.
Ben Swann? I don't believe this is true.
Here's something simple: Social media post says U.K. has far higher violent crime rate than U.S. does
Here's something far more detailed: Dispelling The Myth
