The movie was pretty good, but slightly mismarketed, since I had no clue it was a love story. Like everyone said, the first half of the film was more enjoyable, before it was changed into Generic Disaster Flick 101.
Yooo she really hated him once she found out. Those were some powerful scenes. Pratt's isolation scenes were great as well.
I kind of was thinking that they needed one more person to awaken, and realize they couldn't live like that, and take the plunge. This could've helped reforge their friendship, not rela-.

i realized early on that i made a mistake watching this but i kept it on just to see how it ended....once it ended i really wondered why the fukk i watched this

movie radically took a different shape and it was jarring but his inclusion just breathed life into what looked like some "we are the new kids on the scene" vanity thing..Dude stole every scene he shared with the 2
I really liked this. Rented it this weekend. They kind of rip off the plot for Pandorum (I liked that a little better) and Oblivion (a better movie), but I give it 7.5/10 stars. I think people are getting hung up on the actors. Jennifer Lawrence is a weak actress but there were only a few scenes that exposed her.
But, then most of the Coli stans for every Marvel movie that comes out so I can see why you'd hate it.

Man I finally watched this and this movie was completely fukking awful.
The first hour or so is okay and it sets up some pretty big moral questions and then it just let's out a huge wet fart.
They did not treat that decision of his with any respect or weight. It was actually pretty disgusting how the 2nd half turned into some kind of titanic esque love story.
They could have done so much more.
They could have done something like having Christmas Pratt die and then force Jennifer Lawrence to feel the isolation he did and see if she makes the same choice he did, I don't know, fukking SOMETHING.
But the way they just basically toss it out the window and turn into a straight up love story was so wildly off the mark that I was angry after finishing this film.

yeah,Don't release 2 at a time if you know what's good for you
