Password Reset - Emails never get sent

Mods - I've tried to reset my pw

currently logged in on my desktop fine, but I've got a new phone and i need to sign in but i've forgotten my pw. I've sent a link for forgotten pw by username AND email address and both times nothing's been sent to my inbox?
