Password won't reset

I forgot my password, I can only get on now cuz I saved my phone and laptop saved my password but if I lose em I won't be able to get in anymore.

does your email on the account not work? just use a private browser session and do the forgot password

No the email isn't working. I tried resetting it about 5 times but got no email. It's the correct e-mail cuz I looked and saw old emails from the coli in there and I've never changed it. I tried signing up to another site using that same e-mail to check last week and never got no confirmation e-mail either so I think it's something up with the e-mail. It's weird though cuz I keep getting junk mail sent to that e-mail address though
