African American Pastor Mark Burns (R) is running for Congress. Hoping to take over the position currently held by Trey Gowdy (R - South Carolina).

Burns is mostly known for being one of Trumps Black Pastors, over acting at the RNC convention, and getting caught lying about his past to Victor Blackwell of CNN.
