The game is the gameI mean, it depends on what the $120 was for in the first place, compared to the money he was actually bringing in for them. If they were covering significant portions of his production costs, and were basically just getting free promo from his show, and not any of the revenue he may or may not have been getting from YouTube, then getting out of the deal might be a net positive for them.
Steve Levy somewhere STEAMING, probably. Mans went from calling Monday Night Football, to the MNF Commentary B Team, to getting replaced by Chris Fowler on the B Team right as ESPN gets more MNF games, not even calling Stanley Cup Playoffs games (which he loves) in, and probably being asked to take a pay cut, or outright laid off in about a year.![]()
. Pat brings in viewers, Steve doesn’t.I'm joking calm down
The game is the game. Pat brings in viewers, Steve doesn’t.
Lowkey I think the name of the game right now is original contentThey starving for original content
status.
Pat states that the only thing that is going to change is that they can't say fukk as much because of the network. The ESPN stream will probably be on a tape delay so that they can censor everything else. Pat is that lovable cac that people like to follow so I can't hate why ESPN threw him the bag to move over.
MTV don’t make new shyt because they brokeLowkey I think the name of the game right now is original content
if your tv channel isn’t creating original content you probably won’t be a channel soon, that’s one of the reasons why cnn trying to pivot and I wouldn’t be shocked if channels like mtv disappear soon, they only saving grace is that they got a lot of old content but they don’t be making new shyt for real
