Lebron's powerful enough and talented enough to walk completely to the beat of his own drum financially and organizationally. Fans are also allowed to point out that it seems phony. Best practice generally does not involve burning bridges, but Lebron is powerful enough to rebuild that bridge if it suits his needs.

Either way, when you operate like this- the public will expect championships.

I love when people try to prop up their thoughts and feelings by acting like they are speaking for the "the public" or "the fans". You make a good point though. It's not like anyone expected championships for Lebron until he started operating like this. Those expectations did not start until last summer. :dead:

People forget Gilbert said he did basically the same thing...

People forget he let cleveland fire mike brown in hopes of pleasing him when he knew he was not coming back to cleveland...

People forget he avoided Riley and wouldn't return his phone calls...

People forget he went to dinner with wade and bosh, knowing full well they expected to find out what he was going to do...and didn't tell them anything...

Great basketball player...yes

Hoe ass nikka...yes...

Even a simple "I don't know what I am going to do" would have been cool...

GM's do it to players all the time so you can't hate on him that much though

If the Lebron's dont win a title this year it will be interesting to see what happens next.

But you just did....

And cool to "who"? You're putting value into Riley's feelings? That's the ONLY thing you can say matters because he didn't HAVE to say "I don't know what I'm going to do."

You niqqas are creating coli business rules.

Nothing :heh:. :camby: with these Vince McMahonesque fake stakes.
He's talking about his beloved sports radio chatter that would happen if Bron doesn't win the title this year.

I don't even see the Cavs as the favorites....

How does this relate the what we had previously discussed? :wtf: We were talking about fan response and expectations.

lol of course it relates. when you build an all star team and you don't win and youre a FA...there's a chance he leaves again.
