And I got very little of it. Applied for a job without a nary of optimism . After a month got an interview - thought I did decent . Same week they ask me to do a site visit - no worries took a day off and went . Then I hear nothing .
2 weeks later HR calls and asks for ref with which I provided.

Following week they contact them and my ref say its in the bag .
It has been 1 week since the ref check and nothing no offer.


For all those unemployed you have my deep and profound respect. Keep hustlin and never quit.

Fuq it ima start my own business so as to not be in this position again. And for those that say I will find myself in similar position looking clients when I am on my own - of course I know this man but at least I'll be hungry and motivated as a mug and be my own man.

Just keep applying to other places. The job I have now I didn't start until 3 months after my interview. They were purchased by a larger company shortly after my interview and they had to get all the HR shyt moved over to the new company.

My boss did the same thing. Emailed about references. 2-3 weeks passed. Emailed asking for salary. 4 weeks after that received a call with an offer and start date.

It's okay bruh,

stay hungry, stay focused. Things take time. Job I have now, I knew I had it, but it took a month for me to actually get on. HR has to do they thing, plus they may be finishing up the last employee that was there. Just stay patient (I know you don't wanna hear it lol) and do what @Rawtid said and keep applying...
