Yo-yo is eating genetically modified fattening foods, whereas Patra is eating organic lean island foods. Of course she'll look leaner. Yo-yo skin is showing the effects of a bad diet and Patra skin is damn near blemishless and smooth. come on breh, you can do better than that.
