The problem is the payment processors(Visa , mastercard etc). this is actually a huge issue since a handful of companies can set the terms of transactions. digital transactions aren't cash, in the sense that a 3rd party will always be there to sanction it or not. I mean Paypal has done this numerous times to many websites. whether it be about copyright infringement or of an adult nature.

If Visa and MasterCard are saying that certain charges/transactions will no longer be acceptable, then that affects everyone who deals with Visa and MasterCard's Terms of Service.

Visa & mastercard are cool with high risk (adult, guns, airfare etc.) it's the banks that are the problem since it's their money. Chargebacks in these industries are high AF hence the term high risk so some banks don't fukk with it unless you go to a thirdparty/middle man like ccbill/epoch/verotel that have dedicated fraud tools to help curb fraud but these hoes don't wanna pay the $1000 annual high risk fee for visa & mastercard, if they go verotel they pay 500EUR
