I saw Mahomes career trajectory from a mile away bro. He's a good QB, but damn dude has flaws that people was too busy juggling his nuts to pay attention to them. He's still talent wise a top 5 QB, but to be considered GOAT he gotta get there first.

The thing with Mahomes is you always needed to wait to see how he his play, and his leadership, respond to adversity. I'm certainly not counting dude out, he only in Y5, and I expect him to adapt and grow because I think he's that good...
But when it comes to crowning these nikkas, especially QBs, you gotta see how they respond to moments of adversity. From Day One dude been riding a high, that's not life in the NFL for most players and teams. You're not going to always have the weapons, your weapons will be besieged by age and ego and injury when you do have them, you won't always have the line, you won't always have the defense, and you won't always be able to pull out the W to overcome the shortcomings around you...
When these things become reality how you respond tells us who you really are...
The 2021 Chiefs aren't a great team. They still feel like a playoff team, but we're gonna have to watch fam in an unprecedented position of having to win multiple or all playoff games on the road. Life I the NFL isn't road always goes thru your house, it isn't all roses, and you gotta adapt when The League catches up...
I've maintained for years other guys, particularly Watson, are just as good and if they were in the same position with the same organizational infrastructure they'd have the same success too...
So this entire season is the first real test that's gonna show us more about Mahomes character as a football player...
