That comp has fizzled out with the derailment of Deshaun's career over the last two years but at the time I was saying this it was legit, cats didn't wanna hear it because Mahomes was doing acrobatic throws and had the splash plays---->but Mahomes also had the better support system top to bottom...

Watson was the more accurate thrower, Mahomes had the stronger arm, Watson was more of a tactician while Mahomes was more of a freelancer, scrambling ability between the two was fairly equal. So what was missing?

One guy was on the Chiefs and the other was carrying the Texans, one guy had Hunt and Hill and Kelce and the other guy had the Texans, one guy had Andy Reid and the other guy had.....the Texans...

Unobjective analysis was the mob of people who said there was a large gap between the two without accounting for circumstance. There wasn't this large gap until my boy derailed his own career...
