I'm thinking they have an understanding that they'll probably just continually restructure/extend somewhere in the back end of the deal, or include opt outs. Would make sense for both sides. He can update to the market/reset the market when needbe, and they get to backload again to make cap space magically appear.

Not even close. Kelce’s contract is up after next season and Hill the year after. Kelce will likely be gone via free agency unless he’s willing to take a paycut to stay and win.
At least $250-300 mill.
