Elite defensive back bring much more impact to a game than an elite RT cmon breh

I mean it's the corners job to not let the receiver catch the ball, but there will be a time where they'll get burned or maybe cost them a game, there more replaceable (champ bailey) a dback can't cover te whole wideout the qb will just look somewhere else
A lineman should prevent the interior D from getting sack/tackle for loss, if your a lineman and let's say your playing the 49ers and if they don't say aldon/justin smith because of you then you need a raise

All I'm saying is lineman should be appreciated more because there is a shortage of good lineman, I think 3 of the first four picks this year where Olineman

I think it's the qbs that make the reciever because you don't hear their name unless the qbs allows it
Tory smith is one hell of a receiver but I wouldn't give him more than $6 million, after the season they won he's pretty much another ochocinco

But I'd throw money at my interior defense, they win more games

Andre Johnson says you're incorrect.

You put your big bucks on D on your line and secure a pass rush, and this has been the way to build a D yesterday, today, & tomorrow. Case in point, the NYG. We all know their last 2 SBs were won primarily (both on D and as a team) because of their pass-rush, and both times their D backfields were nothing more than adequate. However, if you look at their first 2 SBs, the Ds on those teams followed the same blueprint: A loaded front 7 with a dangerous pass rush lead by a HOF pass-rusher, and with a defensive backfield inhabited with guys who were far from household names, and 1 DB who, while not dominant, was good enough to make a pro bowl every several years (Mark Collins on Parcells' teams, Antrelle Rolle on Coughlin's).

Dominant cover-men don't win games and inadequate ones can be covered up with a pass rush and scheme. Dominant D-linemen win games and inadequate ones give you zero chance at success and no amount of scheming can mask a bad lineman who's constantly on skates or who's constantly being rag-dolled.
