Dynasty is a team thing because until LeBron, nobody ever had a dynastic run that wasn't tied to one coach, one scheme, one philosophy, and one system---->and ain't nobody since him had that kinda run either:
•Mikan's Lakers won 5 championships in 6 years, including the original 3peat (1952-54), but we're inexplicably tied to Kundla's offense that prioritized a center-first philosophy;
•Russell's Celtics won 11 championships in 13 years, with Auerbach being the first coach to really lead with the "defense wins championships" mantra. He also invented the fast break and built his offense from that;
•Magic's Lakers won 5 championships in 9 years. Riley was the head man on 4 of those runs, and took Auerbach's fast break and enhanced it. Kareem won 4 of his 6 rings with Riley, Magic 4 of his 5. We know the coach and the system is why those guys won so many rings;
•Bird's Celtics won 3 championships in 6 years, with Fitch and KC Jones as coach, both stylistically similar coaches;
•Mike has a 3-5 playoff record without Phil Jackson as his coach. There’s no debate that he was a system player, even if the greatest system player ever;
•Shaq got 3 of his 4 titles with Phil; Kobe and 5-4 playoff record without Phil and zero rings. Come on now

;
•Duncan had the same coach his entire career. He was Evolutionary Russell, theres no evidence he'd have the heights of success he achieved, if he had anyone other than Popovich;
•the Warriors entire success is tied to Kerr, Steph was there 5 years before Kerr showed up, nothing even remotely resembling the achievements he got with Kerr;
Those are the 8 team dynasties in NBA history. Every single one of them, star player attached to star coach, every single one of them, where applicable, not even close to the same level of success without the coach...
Then you have LeBron James, who once he hit his stride, went on runs only teams have gone on, but no individual player irrespective of teams:
•8 straight Finals appearances (hadn't been done since the 60s Celtics);
•9 Finals appearances in 10 years (not seen since 60s Celtics);
•10 Finals appearances in 14 years (not seen since the C's 11 in 13 run);
•back to back champ (50s Lakers, 60s Celtics, 80s Lakers, 89 & 90 Pistons, 90s Bulls, 90s Rockets, 00s Lakers did it twice, 10s Warriors)----->that's only 9 teams in 79 years of NBA history, that won at least two in a row. Bron's Heat are the 10th team;
•3 championships in 5 years (so this was quicker than Bird's 3 in 6, and Bron's 3 in 5 came with two teams, and a 3-in-5 hadn't been seen since the 00s Spurs, who were all acknowledge as a dynasty

)....but one man does a better 3-in-5 run with two teams, and its not a dynasty, be for real

;
•4 championships in 9 years, which is funny. The Spurs also did this, with 4 rings in a 9 season stretch from 1998-99, to 2006-07

it doesnt count when a guy does this with 3 teams though
Everything about this nikka's run was dynastic, the thing is, he the main guy, and really the only one, you can say his success wasnt the product of a system. Won with different coaches, different teams construction, different #2's, and did it all while, with the exception of his last title, being the defensive anchor for his teams as well...
He was a dynasty unto himself and yall know it, but get your jokes off. Everything he accomplished is already set in stone, its just a shame yall nikkas dont appreciate him...
