I walked 16 in a day before to see my partner. 8 going and 8 returning. My legs were overcooked but it wasn't super awful. Took a long time of course, and I did want to spend the next few days not moving much. I didn't feel the bulk of that leg destruction until the next day.

I had some decent footwear which I'm sure mitigated some rough parts. Can't imagine doing 20 in AF1s.
