The average man isnt paul pierce who has earned close to 100 million dollars in contracts throughout his playing career in the NBA, from his standpoint its not hard to understand why the risk of marriage trumps the benefits especially with the possibility of divorce etc, for the average man its another thing and perhaps there are different incentives

Paul Pierce lost his ESPN job because he got caught streaming a poker game that had hookers at it. Then went on to KG’s stream and started to brag about a hooker he had just met.
:comeon:
He can say whatever he wants but his counter argument to marriage is tricking. When he says “don't get married”, he should finish his thought and follow it with “because you can just rent a hooker”.
:flabbynsick:

The problem with society is too many people don’t do the math and don't really be hearing what these celebrities are offering. Tricking is not something that should be promoted as an alternative to marriage.

Even on our worst days, marrying my wife was the best decision I ever made.

shyt, we not talking right now and I still love the shyt out of her. :russ:
This is marriage in a nutshell. Cosplaying to the outside world as a perfectly happy couple while being miserable and sick of each other in private.

The irony is the dudes who sign off for his checks are likely married :sas1::sas2:
They also aren't famous and don't have women setting up 5-10 year long traps to steal their money. They have no reason to be as wary or paranoid.

He has a valid perspective as a wealthy/famous athlete. Doesn't apply to non famous people as much
