Paul Pierce to Wizards

I like this move so long Pierce isnt playing more than 27 minutes a night.

If we had Pierce, we beat Indiana last year. Pierce will get A LOT of open looks too with Wall and Beal setting him up.

Plus it will help with Otto's development.

If we can find a way to get rid of Webster's contract and still leave room for 2016, this is a great deal.

Also its a player option for year 2. I like this move.

Yeah as a #1 option and good defender.

But he's not a bad get at MLE. He can create off the dribble and hit big shots.

Other than Beal, we don't have that on the roster.

We dont have anyone who can create for themselves outside of Beal and Wall. Pierce is a guy who can do that. This really is a good move breaughs, as long as we limit his minutes. (Randy )

Also 3 million less than Ariza.

Ariza is superior defensively

But in terms of rebounding and shooting it's a wash IMO. Plus Pierce can create off the dribble. Ariza struggles with putting the ball on the floor to make a play.

Otto Porter and Glen Rice are going to have to play good defense on the wings. Wall and Beal have to become consistent as they've shown they can be good defensive players.

I like the move over throwing contract baller ariza all that cash......i wouldn't completely judge him off of last season considering the forced situation/circumstance.........but you could see he still has some burn left in him when he had the urge......otto its your time no lackin....hopefully ernie fills the roster out with some young cats, the dreams of signing a stretch 4 are pretty much done....
