RIP MR. SMOKE
shyt is terrible
.....I been following paul on instagram and it's great to see how much better he's gotten. every day he's posting something inspirational. he's really getting out there and connecting with the fans. imagine how his brother feels. It's obviously not his fault but still....knowing paul was only in town to attend his wedding....shyt really has to tear him up. I still have hope that he's gonna walk again though...he has too much fight in him not to. there's never going to be another paul williams. not even on some cliche shyt, but really....there will never be a 6'2 fighter who can throw 100 punches per round, and take 100 punches per round. dude could get hurt, knocked out cold, and it never changed the fighter he was. went from 147 to 160 to fight the heaviest hitter at middleweight and still got ducked. all these fighters talk about it but they really aint about that shyt. cotto don't wanna fight golovkin...golovkin don't wanna fight ward...ward don't wanna fight kovalev. if paul was still active there's no doubt he woulda been the first in line to fight golovkin. cause that's what he was about....fighting the best and strongest fighters out there. meanwhile, we got two guys at the top of our sport who can't even get a deal done cause they don't wanna sacrifice a few million of the 100 mil they're gonna make regardless. this is what the sport is now....a bunch of diva's....from the fighters, to the promoters, to the networks....it's all a joke. paul williams wasn't the best fighter...he wasn't the smartest fighter. but when it comes to heart...he was the epitome of what a fighter is supposed to be.
