If you're a bouncer and someone gets physical with you I believe you have the right to defend yourself, all this lawsuit talk doesn't mean shyt if she's not a trust fund baby.
bouncers are trash. I worked in the clubs as a promoter and seen a fight break out involving patrons and staff... juice head bouncer looked me straight in the eye and dipped out into the crowd away from the trouble. came back when it was over. I clowned his ass everyday after that. all cut up and in the gym but really a p*ssy.

Might've gotten fired if he got involved....also, no insurance. I'm not potentially getting bruised up because thots and morons don't want to behave. Though I will say, I'm surprised that he didn't do something, most juice head bouncers in NY go full aggro mode for less.

what? It was the staff getting attacked. He was there as a bouncer... his job is exactly to get involved. Because his bytch ass ran I had to fight with the staff while they were getting jumped. I'm not surprised he didn't do anything, breh was a coward.

Not true at all. Some of the best bouncers i've ever worked with were no bigger than 185 and 6ft or below. Them smaller guys go the hardest out of anybody i've found, i love knowing them dudes got my back when shyt hits the fan. Obviously you wanna have a few behemoths like me for crowd control and door blockers, but those smaller guys are the backbone of a good crew and can get in and out of situations fast.

Would have to know more details about the situation, like how many people against the staff, people you knew ? etc. Seems like you're playing hero got you in a situation you're now lamenting. Again, put me in that situation and depending on the odd's/circumstances, I'm going home. Bouncing doesn't come with dental or insurance. My livelihood matters over everyone else. I can always get a job being security somewhere else, I'm not playing Superman for rando's I don't even know.

Bit different down here in NY....even the fat slob of a bouncer on the team is usually 6ft or taller. There's only one guy I know who's 5'9-5'10, and he's ripped but that's about it. Most of if not all of the time, its some guy who's 6'0+. If you're tall, you get hired, if you're ripped, even better. but if you're short, you're gonna have a hard time controlling guys acting up. I've seen small security get tossed around like a rag doll. Very few establishments have short bouncers.
