I worked in the clubs as a promoter and seen a fight break out involving patrons and staff... juice head bouncer looked me straight in the eye and dipped out into the crowd away from the trouble. came back when it was over. I clowned his ass everyday after that. all cut up and in the gym but really a p*ssy.

Not true at all. Some of the best bouncers i've ever worked with were no bigger than 185 and 6ft or below. Them smaller guys go the hardest out of anybody i've found, i love knowing them dudes got my back when shyt hits the fan. Obviously you wanna have a few behemoths like me for crowd control and door blockers, but those smaller guys are the backbone of a good crew and can get in and out of situations fast.

The majority of the guys who worked the circuit with us were no bigger than a bloated MW, a lot of military guys too. Some were really good, some were shyt, but that's just the pool we had to draw from.
