what is forcing them to use curse words specifically? word are just made up, no way there is profanity section of your brain that broke.

Hypothetically i wonder what would happen if somehow a person afflicted with this disease never learned any curse words. Would they just say the closest thing in their vocabulary like "poop", "heck" "what the french toast" "cootie queen" etc?

Be a good premise for an experiment. If it really was a demon, i would assume its vocabulary would be independent of its host, and likely contain a fairly decent sized repository of obscenities.
