You will never stop the average American from voting against their best interest. Trump told them China was going to pay the tariffs AND he was going to cut them checks from the Tariffs and none of them who didn't even know what a tariff was decided to even research anything tariff related to see how they work. They just heard Trump Jesus is going to take money from other countries and give it to me and all he did was take money from them and other countries for himself so yeah they deserve it.
