Not everybody starts popping pills to get high...
A lot of fiends started on pills for legit reasons...
For example you have your wisdom teeth pulled or break a leg...
That shyt hurts and the doctor is going to give you a prescription for opioid pills to cope with that pain...
These pills are extremely addictive, weak minded people or those with stressful lives will feel a release on those pills and that's how they get hooked...They keep chasing that first good feeling high...
This is how a large portion of opioid fiends are born, well over 30%...

I didn't even have to click the link to know it was that West Virginia story. I don't feel too bad for those that WANT to get high or start because they wanted to "try it out". I do have a little more sympathy for those that were in accidents, prescribed pills, and then spiraled out of control. I NEVER want to touch any of that shyt because I don't know how my body would react.
