True. You can be a JP morgan VP by 26. It's not that high of a title in banking. It's synonymous with middlemanagement. For example there can be several dozen vp(s) on a single floor.

To be fair Ukraine is a military operation. A special one at that. When it comes to individuals it’s a whole different story. They’re pulling out the Ricin like Walter White or you just unfortunately happen to get clumsy near a window. That’s facts.They can't even bring that smoke to Ukraine.
