That's a nice area believe it or not. That block seems mid but that house is evidence it's being gentrified and getting in now at $300k is not as bad as it looks
that's near Mt.Airy which is considered one of the best neighborhoods in the country. That cemetery behind the house is from the 1700s/1800s. It's kind of like a historic thing more than a real active cemetery now
