Reason it came up is cause I work at a credit union and took a second look at her paperwork.

According to the system her car is worth 23k. She paid 40k and owes Toyota 30k. There's no way out for her unless she totals her car and has GAP insurance

It's hard to imagine someone not realizing they're paying 30k when they should be paying 13k. Although I read something similar on Google reviews.

Seems illegal, they basically stole her Lexus. She should probably make some phone calls.
