Pay $89 For 2 Oxtails

Oxtail prices were on the level of ham hocks and neckbones for all my life. In south Dallas you could always get pounds of them for next to nothing. Somewhere in the late 2000s - early 2010s it changed dramatically now they cost more than steak prices. I usually get about 4 or 5 lbs when I can even find some and they run about $60-$75. No way would I order some online. I enjoy trimming and preparing them and I only want them Jamaican style anyway, so I season them myself. I make them like nobody's business too, I'd put mine up to just about anyone, even the 'yardies.

Same thing wit chicken wings and even Sizzler Steaks. Once they see niggs run them orders up they run them prices up 2x

Back in 2011 Gerber Amish Chicken wings were no more than $2.99 a lb. THE BEST TASTING CLEANEST CHICKEN AROUND. Now they want atleast $5.99 a lb. and the quality ain't hitting the same.
