I'm working a case where a drunk driver crashed and pushed a vehicle off road into the woods.
Both occupants in the vehicle was severely injured and was airlifted.
Drunk driver only has 25k for bodily injury. The airlift was like 40k not even including the surgeries and treatments that will be needed. Easily looking at over 200k or more of medical bills

Better make sure you get proper insurance or get an umbrella policy

:picard::picard::picard:Filing bankrupcy immediately.

Also, i find it hard to beleive that anybody has ever paid their helicopter bill in the history of these helicopter medBills. Thats impossible for 90% of Americans. I dont even think this is an insurable item either.:francis:

Wouldn’t your own insurance cover this? Every insurance I’ve ever had came with a max out of pocket for these types of scenarios, and it’s been nowhere near any of the total billable charges
