Paying 400 dollars for 30 more FPS?????

Why? I just don't understand the damn point for a 1080P 60FPS for 400 dollars. The system will be unable to push out 1440P because that is a native resolution and there are no televisions of that resolution unless you buy a monitor. What do you guys think will you justify that purchase?



I am excited for the conference i just refuse to believe this is the case.

In the PC world, spending $400 for 30 extra FPS would be a steal. shyt, if you got a 1080 and had a Titan X before, you're only getting 30% extra performance, and those cards cost almost double what a $400 PSNeo might cost.

If you look at it from a PC perspective, the shyt is a steal. Double the performance for only $400. shyt's like for me followed by

You just bought a Larry S for the same price and still getting 720p though....

That is at the very high end where there's less gains across the board. On not as beefy builds gains can be had for way less dough.

I gained ~50fps going to a 1060 ($250) recently from a 260x/270x.

I bought it for a 4k player I buy blu rays and stream religiously and it play my games.

Sony is releasing a new system for 399 or more for a 4k streaming and 60fps but the reason it was mad was the VR which is 399 as well .

I will take 4k 30fps over 1080p 60fps any day.

But you'll get upscaled 4K (just like the one S) and MAYBE 4K30 on the Scorpio in whatever ultra or neo type mode they make for it.

At least you know what you bought it for correctly.

I think we both know that a lot of cats who bought the 1S without a 4K tv are playing themselves.
