What I like and respect about Payroll, is that for one, me being who I am, I can just tell he is official to a degree, and two, his image, who he presents in his music, is someone with class, respect, dignity. The values he puts out through his music are not of a flaky, drug addicted, scam artist who has sold a few packs, but someone with integrity behind himself and his business. His (former) business just happens to be, because of his circumstances, drug trafficking.
Like, would you do business with Future in the street? Dude comes off like an arrogant a$$hole, soft, and self involved. Plus, sloppy, if we are talking someone who is using multiple substances, everyday.
Just as a main example, and obviously, this is somewhat of a parody, but think of all the artists who currently rep the "trap" life, and how they would really move (if at all) in the street.
