You should get an e-mail with a unique URL. That URL will have a link that says "Click here for your steam keys". Once you click that, it should give you two keys. One for the main bundle and one for Bastion.

You pay what you want (even a penny) unless you want Bastion. Then you gotta cough up at least 7.39 now.
