Most of u nerds don't know nothin bout ball or football, PC most popular game is dota trash, cornballsPC's built for gaming will play just about any game. If you gotta go through a little troubleshooting beforehand(firewalls, launchers sometimes not opening), that sucks, but you'll still be able to play it, barring something like Watchdogs where Ubisoft gave 0 fukks about optimizing the PC version. Hardware doesn't suddenly degrade itself in your machine the second new tech launches. Sure consoles have that boot up and play with no issues(besides broken controllers or disc scratches or something), but they lack benefits that PC gamers get. Each has their pros and cons but the idea that hardware gets terribly worse and PC's get instantly flabby is exaggerated.
The point is you don't constantly need new tech to play new games above console level. Period. nikkas don't need a Swordfish setup like @Ciggavelli's to enjoy some of the benefits or PC gaming, nor do they even need $1000 setups to beat out what consoles can do. Especially given the fact that the tech inside consoles is already. Consoles are going to stay the same tech-wise while the world passes by and evolves. Tech is pushing into 5k territory(which is pretty much just for enthusiasts) meanwhile some console games still don't even push 1080p but yall think PC's are flabby????
CSGO boring but it's the 4th most viewed game on Twitch, meanwhile Madden streamers as a whole barely beat out a single person playing Pokemon Fire Red.![]()

I guess what I'm saying is the so called benefits of PC gaming just aren't worth my time, I have other hobbies that occupy that space. Yea I could get slightly better graphics and some mods, but i actually prefer a more closed boxed, OPTIMIZED solution for my gaming experience
I acknowledge the benefits PC's have over consoles, it's time u PC heads acknowledge the benefits us console owners have over you.
). Consoles are definitely more casual and guaranteed to play games, and of course offer easier experiences all around, but my experience with PC's has been identical to all my years of consoles. I load up games and play with no major issues. My hardware hasn't been an issue due to it being dated or anything. Watchdogs gave me problems at Ultra because it was an un-optimized piece of shyt. Otherwise, I haven't had to do any other troubleshooting. Once I built a PC I understood that constant yearly upgrading of tech is simply an option. One benefit for PC gaming is that rice can serve as food for you and first aid for your PC. You can't do that with consolesI guess what I'm saying is the so called benefits of PC gaming just aren't worth my time, I have other hobbies that occupy that space. .I got all of the systems and a nice gaming rig. You can get so much more with the PC. We're talking 3 monitors, 1440p, 4K. It's not just a little bit better graphics, it's a tremendous difference.I guess what I'm saying is the so called benefits of PC gaming just aren't worth my time, I have other hobbies that occupy that space. nikkas don't know... You can see a tremendous difference between a game on the SAME PC with visual tweaks and mods.
I'm blown away by the difference in clarity and color with Tomb Raider with sweetfx. I feel like I'm beating a dead horse but y'all need to get up on this. Just look.
