:wtf: i dont know im not computer tech savy breh
Do you want 1080p, 1440p, or 4K? It all depends on what resolution and settings your want. I run a 5K setup and it cost about $5000 total. You could probably do a 1080p build for $1000. $1500-2000 for a 1440p build, and $3,000 for a 4K build (not including monitors). If you wanna go all out, like I do, then you're dropping $4-5K.

If your content at 1080p and don't have thousands to spend, then hit up @____ . He's the master at cheap builds.

But, with the PSPro and Scorpio coming out, and the 4K resolution they offer, I don't know why you'd want 1080p. The point of pc gaming for me is to have better than console performance. But, if you don't have a 4K TV, I guess it doesn't matter

It might actually be cheaper to just buy the PSPro and Scorpio if you have a 4K TV. 4K gaming on a PC is substantially more expensive than on the consoles

Nah gimme a good pc 1000 bucks, that works smooth and can play Star Citizen

it can.
You can do a 1151 build with a 1060 for about $850, but that doesn't include a keyboard, mouse, monitor, or Windows. Just depends on what hardware you have lying around to recycle to stay within that budget.

^^^ this is part of it.

The initial startup for a PC is kind of pricey but after that you don't need to buy another mouse or keyboard or windows unless it's a big upgrade. and you don't have to pay to play online.

keep an eye on this subreddit. people post deals every day. memory is super cheap right now. and I saw an NVIDIA 980 on sale for like $210 a few weeks ago. :whew:

there's a 1060 on sale for $208 with rebates. ( :

Use PCPartpicker.com to make sure your parts are compatible and then just watch reddit. I built my desktop for about $800 and I can play everything no sweat. 4K can dip below 60fps but I only have a 24" monitor so i dont really need it. anything 1080p is flawless

To help yourself out I'd look at getting an i7 processor. It may be a little pricey but it's starting to move towards being the standard requirement. Hit me up if you have any questions.
